Weekend Delights

One of my favorites I've seen around the blog world in the past couple of weeks.  I like the cozy, lived in feeling of this kitchen nook on Ikea Family Live.  I'm heading to Cannon Beach, Oregon for the weekend for a women's conference, and hoping it will be a mellow time.  Have a great weekend my friends!

Taking a little break today...

I've been feeling a little under the weather lately.  I've been dealing with alot of headaches lately and haven't figured out why yet.  Hoping to post here tomorrow and be around to visit you all very soon.

Hello Tuesday

I think this was one of the best Mother's Day's that I have had, at least in a long time.  I got a chance to make this lemon squash for my Mom and wrapped up viola's in newsprint to give as gifts for all the mom's at the family get together at my parents place.  My husband made me breakfast, we took the dogs for a walk by the river and I got to spend the day with my son, which is rare since he's 18 now and has a very busy life you know.  Thank you for visiting and wishing me a Happy Mother's Day.  I hope your day was special too.
