One of my favorites I've seen around the blog world in the past couple of weeks. I like the cozy, lived in feeling of this kitchen nook on Ikea Family Live. I'm heading to Cannon Beach, Oregon for the weekend for a women's conference, and hoping it will be a mellow time. Have a great weekend my friends!

This is seriously such a cozy space. I would so love to have a nook in the kitchen. It seems like such a wonderful thing and those chalkboard sum it all up!

i found your blog through alli (hooray design blog) and it's so funny that you are going to cannon beach! that's my husband's family favorite vacation spot...we live in cincinnati, oh right now but he's from spokane and then olympia. they used to go every year and i can't wait to go someday!!
I don't know what it is but I LOVE table lamps on kitchen counters. Just the other day my husband and I discussed this concept - well we discussed me loving it and him hating it. "Lamps do not belong on the kitchen counter" he said. I do not agree. I think it is sooo cozy. Love this kitchen too Melissa! Hope your weekend is fun<3
