All buttoned...uh...wrapped up?

This package is just the cutest, don't you think?  I have never seen a button-up shirt used as gift wrap before.  I know the holidays are over, but red and white go quite nicely with Valentines Day.

Cool! Love the brooch. First Eddie Ross uses shirts to make ornaments and now they're gift wrap! Quite multi-purpose.

this is pretty awesome! and I am really loving your previous post about the painted centerpieces, its amazing how unifying different items by using paint really enhances a space in a very chic way. Loved it!

This really is a novel idea! I never thought of something even close to this before... oh wait, does a handkerchief or scarf count? In Korea, we oftentimes wrap up gifts of food in beautiful "bento"-style boxes, and then wrap them up with lovely scarves, handkerchiefs, or bolts of specialized fabric. In fact, for our wedding gift, my mother-in-law gave us ceramic ducks (traditional wedding gifts) in a box that was wrapped in rich blue and red fabric that is oftentimes used for traditional blankets and traditional Korean costumes. So lovely.
