I am really liking yellow alot lately. I think it is because my body has been deprived of vitamin D for far too long. I am ready for summer days and eating outside with friends. This would make a beautiful decoration for a summer party. I found these tissue paper pom-poms at S.HOP talk today and lillyella has all the instructions for you here.

I once made very large tissue paper poms and hung them in my store windows. Easy to make and they provide a great splash of color.
we made one at my birthday a few weeks ago out of leftover paper. it was so easy, but the paper was brown, pink and yellow, so, kind of unsightly. but i'm loving yellow too! my inspiration folders are overflowing with it!
